   BIG CABIN
  Winter (November - April): $475* per night
  Summer (May - October): $375 per night
  Minimum two night stay required. All rates add 6% Big Bear local hotel tax.
  * Christmas/New Year weeks $675 per night with a five night minimum.
This year Christmas week is 12/22-12/28 and New Year week is 12/29-1/5.

COZY CABIN
  Winter (November - April): $275* per night
  Summer (May - October): $175 per night
  Minimum two night stay required. All rates add 6% Big Bear local hotel tax.
  * Christmas/New Year weeks $450 per night with a five night minimum.
This year Christmas week is 12/22-12/28 and New Year week is 12/29-1/5.

NOTE ABOUT HOLIDAYS:
Christmas and New Years require a MINIMUM of five (5) nights stay. This year the Christmas holidays will be divided into two week periods, within which you may book 5 to 7 nights. The first block "Christmas Week" will start on Friday, December 20th and end Saturday, December 28th. The second block ("New Years Week") starts the 28th or 29th with guests staying up to January 5, 2003. If you request less than five nights, there will be no immediate response from us, but we will place you on a waiting list and let you know only if your dates become available.

Payment Arrangements:
Full payment is due when you return the rental agreement unless the booking is six months or more in the future - then 50% is due on signing and the balance due 60 days prior to the stay.
