Our Cozy cabin is located in the prestigious Fox Farm area adjacent to Eagle Mountain Estates
in the city of Big Bear Lake. This area is where you'll find the nicest homes and the largest lots in Big Bear. It is about a mile from both ski resorts and the lake. It is also very close to the town
itself. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, and a queen sleeper in the living room for a total of three queen and one full size bed. For entertainment, we have several TV's, a VCR, an excellent stereo system, and a real pinball machine!  The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, blender, garbage disposal, etc. The furniture is in great shape, and the kitchen was completely remodeled recently. There is a huge deck with a gas BBQ, and an outdoor spa for R&R.

Lots of Space!

One of the most important things you need to know about any cabin is how close it is to the surrounding cabins and homes.  While it might seem that there should be plenty of room between all cabins inn Big Bear, the sad fact is that most cabins are crammed together very closely.  You can find a cabin far away from town that is more isolated, but then you have to drive too much to enjoy the Big Bear experience.  That is why our cabin is so special - it is close to town, the lake, and the ski slopes, BUT our cabin sits apart from other cabins, providing that "out-in-the-woods" feel that you want up in the mountains.  So when considering a cabin in Big Bear, always ask "How close are the surrounding cabins?"  Click here to see the Cozy Cabin Surroundings

How to Book

To book the cabin, I would e-mail or fax to you a rental agreement which you sign
and return.
In order to make up a rental agreement, we require that the first night's rental fee be charged immediately to your credit card. This confirms your reservation and guarantees your stay. The balance will be charged when we receive your signed agreement, or you may mail a check for the balance with your signed agreement.

We require a deposit of one night's rent which is returned within two weeks after you rent - it covers damage, cleaning, etc. if required. The charge to your credit card above will be considered your security deposit.  The rental agreement contains more details as well as directions.   There is a two night minimum for all stays, and five night minimum during Christmas/New Years.
