In
order to make up a rental agreement, please fill out the form below as completely as
possible. We will then e-mail you a rental agreement, which you sign and fax back
with your credit card number for payment. In addition to nightly fees, there is a
refundable security deposit of one night's rent added to your total, plus 6% hotel tax
imposed by the City of Big Bear Lake. Please check the DATES page before booking the
cabin to be sure it is available!

NOTE ABOUT BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND AVAILABILITY: We do not take available
dates off the calendar until a party sends back a rental agreement and
payment. That is because some people will request certain dates and a
rental agreement, but never send it back or make payment. So if someone inquires
about a certain date, we will tell them it is still available even if an agreement
had already been requested and sent out for those dates. Filling out the form below
does not "book" the cabin - this form requests that a rental agreement be sent
to you. When you return the agreement with payment, the cabin is then officially
"booked" and confirmed, and those dates are then added to the "booked"
calendar page and made no longer available to others. We book on a "first-come,
first-served" basis - the first agreement and payment to be returned
"books" the cabin. |
